Demand And Revenue Forecasting

Our Worldwide Project Experience
Our Worldwide Project Experience

The team have worked for project sponsors, as lenders’ advisors, for buyers, for vendors, for governments and for IFIs.

Our team’s experience is spread around the world, as displayed in the map below by the number of projects, by continent.

Around 83% of these projects are toll roads and 17% are public transport.

The team are as equally adept at conducting short time frame peer review exercises as they are at carrying out large modelling projects for scheme proponents.

The team have built or customised existing large scale models of complex study areas, delivered forecasts for existing corridors based on econometric models and carried out detailed risk analysis of sponsor’s forecasts, producing risk adjusted forecasts using Monte Carlo simulations.

Recent example projects include:

  • Technical guidance document for the Indonesian government that will be issued to consultants who produce traffic and revenue forecasts on new toll road projects.
  • Independent forecasts for the Manado Bitung Toll Road and Malang Pandaan Toll Road in Indonesia.
  • Produced investment grade T&R forecasts for an extension to the NLEX network in the Philippines.

We have assembled an expert team of experienced demand and revenue forecasters, who have collectively worked on more than 50 projects around the world, including conventional highways, managed lanes and public transport improvements.
